Mint Apartment

Very disappointed Positive: It was clean and building was accessible. Negative: Apartment was not accessible for someone with physical disability. Bed and the couch were very low and it was unable to get up from such distance for someone with disability. I contacted them and explained my situation and they said they would get back to me the next day with a solution. They never did. I spent the rest of my stay in another apartment that was more accessible. Apartment didn’t have a microwave which should be a must for any rental property. Bathroom was smaller than it looked in the pictures posted on the app and was a little bit awkward to reach the sink for someone who is using wheelchair.

Bell’appartamento in posizione comoda. Pulizia ok, potrebbero fare meglio. Positive: Appartamento molto spazioso e in una buona posizione, abbastanza silenzioso nonostante i tanti locali nella strada di sotto. Negative: All’arrivo c’era un forte odore di fumo, evidente gli ospiti precedenti avevano fumato in casa, nonostante il divieto. Il gancio per la doccia era rotto, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava e in generale il bagno non era pulitissimo.

Very disappointed Positive: Good spot close to the center Negative: - dirty - they promised to clean after complaining but didn't show up (poor service) - dishwasher not working - some equipments could be replaced to give a better impression

Not clean enough for the extra cleaning fee Positive: Equipped with comfortable furniture, cozy. Negative: The apartment is a bit worn down, cooktop is shattered, there's no door for shower cabin, shower head spills the water to all directions. Wasn't cleaned properly, we found a lot of crumbs and dried food in the drawers, shower gel residue and rust in the shower. Expected it to be spotless due to the cleaning fee which is not usually charged separately.
