Positive: Location.
Negative: I had to call several times to ask for cleaning as the kitchen was full of ants and floor full of hair and crumbles as soon as we got in. The guy did send the cleaning company which only removed the carpet for being filthy but couldn’t do anything about the ants everywhere on the living room and kitchen counter top. Be prepared also that doesn’t state no elevator and it’s on the fifth floor.
