Inaccurate description and extreme disruptions due to nonfunctioning toilet and lack of water.
Broken bed, broken sofa, strange odors, and water nonfunctional for over 20 hours. It entirely disrupted my evening and day, and forced me to pay for a separate lodging. They did not provide a timely responses or show urgency to resolve the crisis, despite being notified at 8:30pm on day of check-in.
