Positive: They accommodated us at 23:00 at night after we got scammed by the other bnb And Elisa helped us up until late hour with check in and help us answer even bnb unrelated questions We wouldn’t have had a place if it wasn’t for Elisa We didn’t expect such fast replies at such late hours She assured us and the bnb was top notch Definitely will suggest everyone

Lovely but find hard to park Negative: The AC was supposed to be in the bedroom not living room and the parking is hard 😒

Positive: The apartment looked like what was shown in the photos. A colleague of ours join in in the last minute, and the hosts were nice to allow an extra person in one of the apartments. Negative: Unfortunately, several essential items were missing. There was not enough toilet paper—only one roll was provided per apartment, even though each apartment accommodated three people for a full week. We requested more toilet paper in the morning, but it was only delivered the following day and left on the floor outside the apartment. There were no dishcloths, and most of the kitchenware, including mugs and plates, was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms were also not clean. In addition, there were not enough bed sheets for everyone. In one of the apartments, one of the beds had no sheets or any other type of bedding at all. Overall, the apartments were not adequately prepared for the number of guests or the length of our stay.

Positive: Good staff Negative: Toilet seat was beoken, lights were dead. Not in a good location in our last day electrics were gone.

Good but not perfect Positive: The apartments are nice. Fornitures are comfy. Negative: Air conditioning is not present in the bedroom, just on the living room. Apartments are good for at most 2 people, not for 3 (like my booking). Not enough towels for 3. One hairdryer and one tv didn't work.
