Estancias Kondo - Apartamento Conad

Verouderd appartement Positive: De communicatie met Kondo Stays was uitstekend. Lokatie was goed. Appartement was wel schoon. Negative: Slecht en verouderd sanitair ( stank)

Positive: Lovely clean apartment, just like the photos in the listing. Spacious lounge and kitchen area, comfy bed. Wifi was great and the desk with comfortable work chair was useful for me as I was working most of the time for the month I stayed. Any issues were resolved quickly. Just off the main street, lots of restaurants nearby and around 30 mins walk to Lungomare (or bus stop nearby). Negative: Air con in the lounge area but not in the bedroom, they provided a fan for me but as it was August I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge most of the time as it was cooler.

Excellent location in city center. Positive: The spacious living room with a city/mountain view was very nice. The staff were very helpful. The value is very good. Negative: The mattress has worn unevenly. The teflon cookware is scratched.

Very nice and comfortable place, excellent host Positive: The apartment is very large. There are two bathrooms. It was clean and had all the necessities like soap, shampoo etc. The owner also left two big jugs of drinking water which was very appreciated. There were extra towels and sheets. These was a washing machine and detergent. There is several grocery stores very near by, as well as countless restaurants. The beach is 15 min away on foot. Negative: The mattress was not very comfortable.
