Chelsea luxury at a bargain price in a fantastic city.
Positive: The quality and finish of the apartments were superb. Very comfy beds, location was excellent, great little cafe/bar a matter of a few steps away. Coming to Tirana stay here.
Negative: Everything bang on no complaints from the 7 of us (three apartments).
